What is Eco-Anxiety?

Welcome to Eco-Anxiety Response. Eco-Anxiety Response was created to provide resources, activities, and education to support symptoms of eco-anxiety. Climate change affects the atmosphere, oceans, precipitation patterns, and anxiety levels; eco-anxiety has been one of the psychological effects of the climate change emergency and is related to difficult emotion regulation and climate change worry.

Eco-anxiety- also known as climate anxiety, eco-death, or climate doom- is distress about climate change and its impacts on the landscape and human existence.
